A system and a method for evaluating/searching service quality based on service experience of customers are provided to offer objective and precise information for evaluation by inducing the customers directly experiencing the service to evaluate satisfaction for the service. A service system(10) includes a quality survey system(11) surveying the service quality from service users, an analysis system(12) analyzing information related to service use based on a survey result and storing an analysis result to a database, an information search system(13) enabling the service user to select the desired service user by offering the database to the service user, a customer information database(14), and a service provider information database(15). A customer terminal(20) responds to the quality survey and searches the information by connecting to the service system. A settlement system(30) includes a settlement terminal(31) for performing settlement after the service user uses the service, a settlement server(32), and a settlement information database(33). |
