An apparatus for fixing a transfer unit and an imaging apparatus having the same are provided to easily assemble the transfer unit in a door or easily separate the transfer unit from the door. A position fixing part(210) supports the first part of a transfer unit(107) to a door(190) by a hinge type, and positions a mounting position where the transfer unit(107) is mounted in the door(190). A locking part(220) fixes the second part of the transfer unit(107) to the door(190). The position fixing part(210) has at least one fixing boss(211a) and at least one mount(215a). The fixing boss(211a) is formed in the first part of the transfer unit(107). The mount(215a), formed in the door(190) to be opposite to the fixing boss(211a), contains the fixing boss(211a) and rotatably supports the fixing boss(211a).
