Provided is a wrist safeguard for bowling by using an adjusting pin, thereby adjusting properly vertical and horizontal angles with respect to a hand back support plate by operating a button at the same time. The wrist safeguard includes an adjusting pin(20) having a knob(21), a recessed portion(22), and a base(23), a case(30) attached on an upper surface of a middle plate(11) which is connected to an arm seating plate(10) by the adjusting pin and having a curved longitudinal hole, plural button holes, and a pair of lifting grooves, a button(40) passing through an inner portion of the case through the button hole, a horizontal angle adjusting hole(51) connected to a lower portion of a leg(41) of the button, and a lifting plate(50) having a pair of lifting guides formed on both lateral sides.
