A brush pencil type of cosmetic composition for eye makeup is provided to enhance color variety and darkness, eliminate dyeability, and improve cleansing effect, fluidity, water resistance and durability. The brush pencil type of cosmetic composition for eye makeup comprises 1.0-70.0 wt.% of natural edible pigments, 1.0-60.0 wt.% of acrylate copolymer and 1.0-60.0 wt.% of polyurethane, wherein the natural edible pigment is cochineal extracting pigment, Monascus red pigment, Carthamus yellow pigment, Gardenia yellow pigment, Gardenia blue pigment, grape skin extracting pigment, Sorghum red pigment, Paprika extracting pigment, cacao pigment or squid ink pigment.
