A method for manufacturing a vessel and a vessel manufactured by the same are provided to increase bonding force of a general resin by forming a melamine resin layer on an inner surface of the vessel and a general resin layer on the melamine resin layer and embossing the outer surface with the melamine resin layer or forming a wide variety of patterns on the outer surface. A method for manufacturing a vessel, comprises a step of molding a vessel body by using melamine resin, and hardening the molded vessel body; and a step of re-inputting a semi-product(210) produced in the previous step into the molding machine, and insert injecting a general resin to an outer surface of the semi-product. The outer surface of the semi-product is embossed or formed with a wide variety of patterns.
