摘要 A reinforcing bar carrier for constructing an upper structure of a bridge is provided to reduce manpower consumption, operating frequency of a crane, work process and expenses and to prevent accidents by mechanizing the conveyance and arrangement of reinforcing bars. A reinforcing bar carrier(400) for constructing an upper structure of a bridge contains: a pair of roller units provided with plural sliding rollers which slide along each rail to support upper load; a driving motor installed on the upper part of each roller unit to rotate the sliding roller; a support frame installed horizontally on the upper parts of two roller units to support an upper structure and equipped with scaffolds to let an operator step on to drop reinforcing bars manually; a reinforcing bar loading box installed on the upper part of the support frame elastically using plural springs, loaded with reinforcing bars and equipped with railings to prevent the separation of the loaded reinforcing bars or a form and a pair of dropping guides to guide reinforcing bars to drop; a vibration motor fixed to the reinforcing bar loading box to vibrate the reinforcing bar loading box to move the loaded reinforcing bars forward; and a control panel installed on the rear of the support frame. Hereon a reinforcing bar arrangement unit is installed on the front of the support frame to turn forward and to arrange the dropping reinforcing bars on the bottom at regular intervals and composed of a driving motor installed to the center of the support frame, a driven sprocket connected to a driving sprocket of the driving motor using a chain, a rotary shaft installed on the front of the support frame rotatively using many bearings and coupled with the driven sprocket spirally, a rotary disk coupled on the rotary shaft to rotate together with the rotary shaft, and a snap member bolted on the rotary disk to be projected from the circumference of the rotary disk to snap the dropping reinforcing bars from the dropping guides.
