摘要 A method of making a functional health food by mixing powders of fermented soybeans, glasswort(Salicornia herbacea L.), brown rice, red ginseng, yam, Polygonum multiflorum, bamboo leaves and pomegranate extract is provided. The food exhibits diet effect and helps digest food. To make the titled functional health food, 55 to 60kg fermented soybeans powder is mixed with 7 to 10kg glasswort powder, 7 to 10kg brown rice powder, 7 to 10kg red ginseng powder, 5 to 7kg yam powder, 5 to 7kg Polygonum multiflorum powder, 0.5 to 1kg bamboo leaf powder and 0.1 to 0.2kg pomegranate extract powder. The fermented soybeans powder is obtained by the steps of: soaking 100kg Rhynchosia volubilis Lour. in 200L loess water; heating with 0.1kg red ginseng powder, 0.1kg pomegranate powder, 1kg yam powder, 1kg Polygonum multiflorum powder and 1kg bamboo leaf powder for 30 to 40min, cooling to 50deg.C; inoculating with Bacillus subtilis(KCTC 18052P); fermenting at 38 to 40deg.C and at 80% humidity for 2 to 3hr; quickly freezing; and grinding. The brown rice powder is obtained by the steps of: soaking brown rice in loess water for 30 min; steaming at 100deg.C for 20min; drying at 60deg.C; roasting at 140deg.C for 40min; and grinding.
