An apparatus and a method for machining the inner diameter of a bolt trimming dice are provided to improve the surface hardness of the dice by machining the ununiform inner diameter of the dice, thereby improving the quality of a machined bolt. An apparatus for machining the inner diameter of a bolt trimming dice includes a rotation section(110), a machining support section(120), and a machining section(130). A machining dice(131) including a machining surface on the outer diameter side is formed by inserting the machining dice into a plurality of radial engagement holes formed in the machining support section. An inclined surface is formed on the side opposite to an inclined surface of a rotational shaft on the inner side with which the rotational shaft makes contact with. |
