An optical network device forming a multi-channel is provided to allocate the same frequency band to each sector at a position where the each sector is diverged in a cable broadcasting network and a cable Internet network, thereby preventing a frequency band, allocated to each subscriber terminal, from being reduced by the frequency band limited through the optical network device. An optical network device forming a multi-channel comprises the followings: at least one channel card(111~114) which is mounted on a mother board(110a) having a bus, and forms the multi-channel by supplying the same frequency band to each sector in a node where the each sector is diverged, and makes a frequency band, which is allocated to one of the sectors, reused in at least the other sector; and a media converter which processes signal conversion between the optical network and the mother board(110a).
