A terminal grouping method using local area wireless communication is provided to enable a group representative terminal to perform the terminal grouping on the basis of received grouping confirmation information and group member terminal identification information, thereby easily grouping terminals belonging to a specific group and efficiently performing supplementary services such as location information notification and phone number transmission by using the grouping method. A terminal grouping method using local area wireless communication comprises the following steps of: enabling a group representative terminal(10) to transmit grouping request information and group representative terminal identification information by using the local area wireless communication; enabling at least one group member terminal(20,30,40), which receives the grouping request information and the group representative terminal identification information, to transmit grouping confirmation information and group member terminal identification information corresponding to the grouping request information to the group representative terminal(10) by using the local area wireless communication; and enabling the group representative terminal(10) to perform terminal grouping on the basis of the received grouping confirmation information and group member terminal identification information.
