HEATING APPARATUS FOR SEMI-SOLID BILLET OF DIE-CASTING

A heating equipment of semi-solid billets for die casting, which can constantly maintain temperature distribution according to heating and can inject and discharge the billets smoothly when heating the semi-solid billets, and is capable of injecting and discharging the billets continuously, is provided. A heating equipment(10) of semi-solid billets for die casting comprises: a body(12) having a plurality of billet injection ports(11) formed at one side thereof and a billet discharge port(13) formed at the other side thereof; guide members(20) installed within the body to guide billets(100) flown in the respective billet injection ports respectively; heating means(30) for heating the billets guided by the guide means within the body; injection port opening-and-closing means(40) installed on the body to open and close the injection ports; billet supply means(60) for supplying the billets into the injection ports from a cartridge(50) in which the billets are stacked when opening and closing the injection ports; and discharge port opening-and-closing means(70) installed at the other side of the body to open and close the discharge port.
