A grate structure for an incinerator is provided to extend the lifespan of a grate by selectively forming an upper plate member and a base member. A grate structure for an incinerator includes a base member(20) and an upper plate member(30). The base member is formed by protruding a support member(22) by a predetermined length on one side of a base body(21) into which a shaft rod is inserted to be supported. The upper plate member is fastened to an end of the support member by a pin and accommodates the support member. The upper member has a pin hole(33) and an upper plate body(31). Side plates(32) protrude from both sides of the upper plate body.
