An airflow generating structure and an apparatus thereof are provided to generate a large dynamic pressure by providing a high tangential speed. An airflow generating structure includes a hub(11) and a plurality of spoilers(13). The hub includes a holding section extending from one end thereof. The plurality of spoilers are curved and are separated from each other. The spoiler includes a root, a tip, an inner edge, and an outer edge. The root is fixed to the periphery of the holding section. The tip is separated from the holding section. The inner edge is adjacent to the hub and has a separation space between the inner edge and the hub. The outer edge is separated from the hub. The area surrounded by the tip is larger than the area of the holding section.
