A deck plate with a truss girder without welding and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to fasten the truss girder in a floor slab, and improve appearance without welding marks by mounting an assembling plate to a lower part of the truss girder and integrally combining the assembling plate with the floor slab. A deck plate is formed by integrally bonding a truss girder(20) to a metal floor slab(10), and an assembling plate(30) is integrally mounted in a lower part of the truss girder. The assembling plate is overlapped with the floor slab, and pressure projections(15,35) are formed in the floor slab and the assembling plate. The pressure projections are fastened by contacting the inner periphery of the pressure projection to the outer periphery of the other pressure projection. The truss girder includes a steel reinforcing bar(21) increasing strength of the deck plate, and a lattice wire(25) symmetrically mounted to the steel reinforcing bar and provided with a foot.
