A plasma display device, and a driving device and method thereof are provided to use a transistor with the voltage correspondent to a third of the voltage applied to Y electrodes. A plasma display device includes first, second, and third transistors(Y1,Y2,Y3) connected between a first power source supplying a first voltage and a second power source supplying a second voltage lower than the first voltage; a fourth transistor(Yp) having a first stage connected to the contact point between the first and second transistors; a fifth transistor(Yn) having a first stage connected to the contact point between the second and third transistors; a capacitor(Cs) coupled between a second stage of the fourth transistor and a second stage of the fifth transistor and charged with voltage correspondent to the difference between the first and second voltages; a sixth transistor(Yr) connected among plural first electrodes and a third power source to form a rising path increasing the voltages of the first electrodes; and a seventh transistor(Yf) connected among the first electrodes and the third power source to form a falling path decreasing the voltages of the first electrodes.
