INSPECTING METHOD OF ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY

An inspecting method of an organic light emitting display is provided to inspect a deposition of a passivation film formed on the organic light emitting display and an error on the basis of a measured value of the organic light emitting display with the non-passivation film. An inspecting method of organic light emitting display(101) includes the steps of: forming the plurality of organic light emitting displays(101) on a top of a base board(110); selectively forming a passivation film(350) on a portion(102) of the organic light emitting displays; and inspecting the passivation film(350) by measuring a property of the organic light emitting displays(101) formed with the passivation film(350) and a property of the organic light emitting displays(101) formed with the non-passivation film(350).
