A liquid feeding apparatus using the vacuum of a liquid feeding pipe and a method for using the same are provided to reduce the cost for a separate pump and a pipe by sucking a liquid using the vacuum of the liquid feeding pipe. A liquid feeding apparatus using the vacuum of a liquid feeding pipe includes a liquid feeding pipe(10), a first air discharge pipe(20), a vacuum pump(30), and a second air discharge pipe(40). The vacuum pump is installed at the tip end of the first air discharge pipe. The second air discharge pipe is separated from the liquid feeding pipe. One side of the second air discharge pipe is communicated with an upper portion of the liquid feeding pipe at the highest point and the other side thereof is communicated with a side surface of the first air discharge pipe. A second control valve is installed in the second air discharge pipe.
