A method for manufacturing a reactant for disposing a pollutant is provided to increase pollutant disposing efficiency by making titanium oxide nano fibers have photoactivity through coating and heat treatment, and using the titanium oxide nano fibers as a support of a photocataylst for disposing a pollutant. Materials of inorganic nano fibers are mixed with a predetermined solvent for forming an electrospinning solution. The electrospinning solution is spun to a predetermined substrate for forming inorganic nano fibers(S110). The inorganic nano fibers are treated with heat to have photoactivity(S120). The heat-treated inorganic nano fibers are coated with a photocatalyst by a sol-gel method(S130). The coated inorganic nano fibers are treated with heat to improve photoactivity(S140). |
