A plasma display panel is provided to radiate heat of a driver IC by forming a concavo-convex part on a surface of a cover plate in order to increase a surface area of the cover plate. A plasma display panel(10) is attached to one side of a chassis base(20). A printed circuit board assembly(30) is attached to the other side of the chassis base. A driver IC is mounted on a driver IC package(40). The driver IC is used for connecting electrically an electrode of the plasma display panel with the printed circuit board assembly in order to apply selectively a voltage to the electrode of the plasma display panel according to a control signal of the printed circuit board assembly. A cover plate(50) is disposed at the outside of the driver IC package in order to press and fix the driver IC package to the chassis base. A concavo-convex part is formed on a surface of the cover plate.
