A foldable and slidable mobile phone is provided to have a structure advantageous for implementing various multimedia functions and to enhance the maintainability by simplifying the exchanging structure of the mobile phone. A display unit(30) is provided to correspond to a main body part(20). A hinge part(40) allows the display unit(30) to be rotatably opened and closed with respect to the main body part(20). A cam module(50) is installed in the main body part(20). A slide cap(90) is combined with the cam module(50) in a state of being supported by the hinge part(40), and slidably opens and closes the display unit(30) with respect to the main body part(20).
