A tilt device of a sliding window is provided to use a sliding window conveniently and safely without malfunction by opening, closing and tilting a sliding window using an opening button or a tilt button and to utilize the inside space of a window frame using cables. A tilt device of a sliding window comprises: a locking body(10) fixed to the top and bottom of a frame(1) of a sliding window and equipped with a locking rod and a tilt rod which are installed to reciprocate in an empty cylinder and supported by a spring; a holding body(20) fixed to the upper and lower parts of a window frame(2) and equipped with a locking key piece and a tilt key piece which are projected to a fixed plate and hung with the locking rod and the tile rod of the locking body; an operating handle(30) connected with the locking body by cables(C1,C2,C3), placed on the frame of the window to reciprocate the locking rod and the tilt rod of the locking body to open and close or tilt a window and provided with a handle housing fixed to the front of the frame of the window, a handle(34) extended downward to let a user grip, and an opening button and a tilt button supported elastically by a spring; and a button fixing device composed of a key plate and a hook, and fixing the opening button at the pressed state to keep a window unlocked if the opening button is pressed once and unfixing the opening button to lock up the window if the opening button is pressed once more. |
