A heating/cooling heat exchanger is provided to form plural coolant paths by having a header pipe, a radiating tube, a radiating fin, and a baffle in the heat exchanger, manufacturing the whole structure with aluminum material, and connecting plural radiating tubes between left and right header pipes, to improve cooling efficiency by increasing flow pressure and speed in moving the coolant, to increase heat-transferring area and reduce volume and load weight, and to reduce the production cost. A heating/cooling heat exchanger comprises aluminum header pipes(110,110a) arranged at regular intervals to flow coolant and formed with a coolant inlet port(116a) and a coolant outlet port(116b) at one side to inflow/discharge coolant, tube combining holes(112,112a) at regular intervals on the faced surface, and plural partition grooves(114,114a) on the other side; an aluminum radiating tube(120) combined with the tube combining holes on both ends and formed with plural fluid flow holes(122) to flow coolant in the header pipe; an aluminum radiating fin(130) installed between the radiating tube to radiate heat transferred from the radiating tube; and an aluminum baffle(140) installed through the partition groove of the header pipe to move coolant flowed into the header pipe through the radiating tube in zigzags. |
