An automatic cereal puffing apparatus allowing for automatic inlet and outlet of cereal as well as uniform roasting is provided to maximally reduce the generation of noise when the pressure vessel lid is opened, minimize the working space necessary for the production and increase the production capacity. The automatic cereal puffing apparatus comprises: a pressure vessel(1) with a receiving space(11), a double-layered exterior wall with a heat generating layer(12) therebetween and a lid(16) safely closed by a lid clamping pin(13) and opened by a trigger ring(15); a table rotating device containing a rotating table(22) and being rotatably attached with three or more pressure vessels; a pressure vessel rotating device for rotating the pressure vessel by a pressure vessel rotating motor; a lid clamping device for attaching the lid to the pressure vessel by rotating the lid clamping pin; a rotating table position adjusting device for tilting the rotating table at a predetermined angle by the operation of a gear reduction motor and stopping the rotation; a cereal discharge and lid opening device for instantly opening the lid by rotating the trigger pin(14) of the pressure vessel; and a cereal inlet device. A shock absorber(17) is additionally attached to the pressure vessel to play a role as a cushion when the lid is opened. |
