Provided is a method for making sea cucumber boiled down in soy, which avoids a need for swelling and cooking dried sea cucumber, and facilitates distribution, storage and intake of sea cucumber. The method for making sea cucumber boiled down in soy comprises the steps of: (a) boiling and chopping sea cucumber from which internal bowels and air bladder are removed; (b) providing spicy broth by boiling dried pepper, onion, green onion, garlic and mushroom in water; (c) heating and cooking the sea cucumber of step (a) in the spicy broth of step (b); (d) heating abalone shells in a separate small pot; (e) adding the abalone shell broth to a heating vessel of step (c) together with soy sauce and oligosaccharide, and concentrating the mixed ingredients; and (f) cooling and packaging the sea cucumber boiled down in soy. |
