A magnetic movement system for a target plate has three magnets on a base plate. Three steel balls are attracted by the three magnets. A moving plate having three corresponding magnets are also attracted to the steel balls, providing the means of sliding, mounting and positioning of the moving plate. A fourth magnet on the moving plate is pushed/pulled away/towards by a corresponding magnet mounted eccentric on the shaft of a motor permanently mounted on the base plate but adjustable towards or away from it. The eccentric motion of the magnet on the shaft of the motor forces the opposing magnet on the moving plate to change position and follow the circular motion of the motor, thus engaging the whole moving plate in a circular motion. |
