Method involves administration of agonist of somatostatin receptor type 1 in the therapeutically effective dose to a patient wherein indicated agonist of somatostatin receptor type 1 show the inhibition constant value (Ki) lower 5 nM for somatostatin receptor type 1 and its Ki value for somatostatin receptor type 1 at least by 10 times lower as compared with Ki values for each somatostatin receptors type 2, type 3, type 4 and type 5.
