EXOPROSTHESIS FOR SUBSTITUTING POSTOPERATIVE TISSUE DEFICIENCY IN RETAINED MAMMARY GLAND

FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has filler enclosed into film envelope. The envelope has outer working surface and inner surface adjacent to body. Film envelope thickness with the working surface at least 1.2 times as thick as the film envelope thickness with the inner surface. To substitute tissues in lower mammary gland part, the exoprosthesis has outer working surface connection to the inner surface made as contour having the same shape as the longitudinal torus section with rounded angles, with longer sides curved in plane and with at least one additional bend on each short side. The bend belongs to plane other than long sides bend plane. To substitute tissues in upper mammary gland part, the exoprosthesis has outer working surface connection to the inner surface made as contour having shape of isosceles triangle bent in the plane with arc-shaped base connected by rounded angles to conjugated sides. Each of the sides has minimum one additional bend belonging to a plane not coinciding with triangle bend plane. ^ EFFECT: improved exoprostheses engagement with tissues; positive psychological influence upon women having subjected to mastectomy operation. ^ 8 cl, 6 dwg
