FIELD: valving. ^ SUBSTANCE: pipeline coupling comprises housing with longitudinal joint in the plane that divides the housing into top and bottom sections. The sections are the same and provided with rigid fastening flanges for tightening the housing of the coupling with the pipeline by means of threaded ties. The groove in the top section receives the flexible ring member for sealing the housing joint. The housing of the coupling is provided with the detachable seat branch pipes for the pipeline. The branch pipes receive flexible detachable seats made of semi-rings. The plane of the joint of the flexible seats is in coincident with the plane that divides the housing into the top and bottom sections. The semi-rings of the flexible seats receive the ring flexible member. The grooves of the branch pipes receive the additional detachable flexible seats-semi-rings. The plane of the additional flexible seats is shifted with respect to the plane of the joint of the main flexible seats at an angle, e.g. 90°. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability. |
