FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested therapy deals with the following technique: along lateral femoral surface one should fulfill longitudinal incision, lance subtrochanterian area, dissect periosteum longitudinally, lance a trough-shaped cortical plate. The developed cortical defect occupies not more than one fourth of the diameter of femoral circumference. Then comes intraossoeus resection of affected trabecular bone along collum's axis up to growth area, then it is necessary to introduce a lavage-drainage system into the cavity developed and paraossally, in soft tissues - an active drainage. The wound should be sutured tightly followed by applying disciplinary skeletal traction of a limb that decreases the number of complications, prevents the destruction of collum femoris, caput femoris and coxarthrosis phenomena. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex |
