FIELD: radioelectronic technologies; surface mounting. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method is implemented by device for transportation, reception and transfer of articles by wetted surface of transfer elements containing set of transfer elements installed in common housing for rotation. Each transfer element can be reciprocally shifted to receive articles and mount or fix them on common carrier. Device is furnished with two guides arranged horizontally and coaxially which are functionally coupled with corresponding step drive. First guide is cylindrical and provided with longitudinal slot. Common housing and transfer elements electromagnetic control unit are arranged on said guide for longitudinal displacement. For longitudinal displacement, common housing is coupled through longitudinal slot of first guide with screw cut of second guide and can be rotated by longitudinal slot of first guide. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of operation of small-size automatic surface mounting devices at increased speed of mounting. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
