FIELD: industrial physicochemical processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention provides a method for preparation of granulate, which manifests quick and excellent dispersibility in water and which contains fat-soluble and hydrophobic substances, preferably steroid substances, having solubility at 20°C less than 20 mu/g/mL. Method comprises dispersing fat-soluble and hydrophobic substance in water in presence of nonionic surfactant; adding water-soluble polyhydroxylated solid excipient selected from soluble polyalcohols, such as mannitol or sorbitol, and/or saccharose, or mixtures thereof to water dispersion in order to obtain pasty mass; and granulation of the latter. ^ EFFECT: enabled preparation of granulate suitable to prepare stable and homogenous water suspensions appropriate for use in food, cosmetic, and preferably pharmaceutical applications. ^ 12 cl, 1 dwg, 7 ex |
