A L.E.D LIGHTING MODULE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

An LED lamp module and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to exchange a part module and adjust an interval with other modules by assembling a whole set after manufacturing various parts. A light emitting diode(LED) lamp module includes an LED lamp, a substrate(20), a case(10), a wire(40) and a screw(22). The LED lamp is connected to a substrate(20). The substrate(20) is installed on the case(10). The wire is put on the outside of the case(10). The screw(22) penetrates the substrate(20) and the case(10). The screw(22) is inserted into the wire(40). The screw connects the substrate(20) to the wire(40). A guide groove(12) is formed on a lower plane of the case(10) so that the wire(40) is inserted and is not moved. The wire(40) is electrically connected by the screw(22). The wire(40) is molded by a first resin material.
