A packing machine using heat shrinkage is provided to control a height controller although motor power is small or a driving gear and a driven gear are small-sized, by amplifying rotary displacement transmitted from the driving gear to the driven gear. In a packing machine using heat shrinkage, a height controller ascends and descends a material to be packed. A heat shrinkage part(200) heats a heat shrinkable film. A driving part(100) drives the height controller. A cooling part(300) cools the material which is heat-shrunk. A controller(400) controls the whole machine including the driving part. In the height controller, a rotary axis(211) is connected to the driving part. A resting member rotates with the rotary axis and stacks the material to be packed thereon. A supporting member is link-connected to the resting member. A roller is installed on both sides of the supporting member and is contacted to one side of the heat shrinkage part.
