The antenna has radiating waveguides (10) with coupling slots, and a feed waveguide (11) connected by coupling slots (21) to the waveguides (10). The variation of the antenna beam pointing angle in a plane is obtained by varying the frequency of the wave guided by the waveguide (11). The length of the waveguide (11) between the slots of the two adjacent waveguides (10) is greater than the distance separating the slots of the two adjacent waveguides (10).
