<p>The firm, elastic and cohesive conditioned cheese portion in an envelope has a heat sealable plastic material with a sheet thickness of 80-200 mu m. The cheese portion: is completely coated with a first color layer and partially coated with a second color layer on an external wall of the cheese portion; has a firmness of 5.50-5.80, elasticity of 80-84 and a cohesion of 72-76; is pressed at 17[deg]C; and has weight lower or equal to 100 g. A flexible internal envelope: constitutes a closed pelable welding shell/sachet; and comprises two ear flaps that overflows to an outside of coating.
