A scan driving circuit and an organic electroluminescence device using the same are provided to decrease the power consumption by removing a path through which static current flows and to minimize leakage current by outputting the high level without charging an output stage. A scan driving circuit(300) composed of multiple stages subordinately coupled to an input signal line or an output voltage line of the previous stage and connected to a two-phase clock signal input line comprises a first scan driving unit(310) for successively outputting a selection signal and/or a boost signal through multiple stages and a second scan driving unit(320) for successively outputting an emission signal through multiple stages. The first scan driving unit comprises a scan driving unit for outputting the selection signal and a boost driving unit for outputting the boost signal.
