摘要 A fuel container for a high-pressure gaseous fuel vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to sense the deformation in the fuel container without detachment of the container and the vehicle by mounting a deformation sensor in the container. A fuel container(100) for a high-pressure gaseous fuel vehicle comprises a liner(110) formed like a cylinder to internally contain the high-pressure gaseous fuel; a carbon fiber filament(120) wound around an outer peripheral surface to reinforce the strength of the liner; a deformation sensor(130) wound around one side of the carbon fiber filament to sense the deformation of the liner; and a reinforcing coating wound around a part of an outer peripheral surface of the deformation sensor to reinforce the deformation sensor not to be folded. The deformation sensor consist of an FBG sensor(132) generating the variation of the light reflex wave to be able to measure the deformation rate of the liner; and an optic fiber connected to both end of the FBG sensor to deliver light to the FBG sensor.
