摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The tire has an airtight inner layer (11) made of a composition of rubber airtight to inflation gas and covering the inner wall of the tire. A separation layer (12) is made of a material more flexible than a base structure (14) of the tire to allow the layer (11) to deform and move with respect to the structure towards the interior of a cavity of the tire under the effect a force exerted by foreign bodies (100, 200). The layer (12) is placed between the layer (11) and the structure. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used in a wheel of a vehicle e.g. bicycle. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The separation layer is made of the material more flexible than the base structure to allow the airtight inner layer to deform and move with respect to the structure towards the interior of the cavity of the tire under the effect the force exerted by foreign bodies, thus preventing the airtight layer from being bored, torn or damaged and hence making the tire more resistant against the penetration of intrusive bodies. The flexibility or elasticity of the separation layer allows that, under the effect of the pressure, the incision is closed again, so that the escape of air is minimized or avoided, thus making the separation layer to procure a self-sealing effect. The separation layer can have a thickness ranging between 2 and 12 millimeter, hence further inhibiting the penetrating, cutting or tearing effect of the foreign bodies of a limited length which can neither reach nor damage the airtight layer which is well spaced from the base structure.
