ORGANIC THIN FILM TRANSISTOR AND FLAT PANEL DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE SAME

摘要

An organic thin film transistor and a flat panel display device using the same are provided to enhance light emitting efficiency and stability by forming an ohmic contact between a source/drain electrode and an organic semiconductor layer. An organic thin film transistor compresses a gate electrode(150), a gate insulating layer(140) connected with the gate electrode, an organic semiconductor layer(130) connected with the gate insulating layer, and a source/drain electrode(100) connected with the organic semiconductor layer. The source/drain electrode includes an inorganic layer(120). The inorganic layer is formed by doping an impurity on a part of an outer surface of the source/drain electrode which comes in contact with the organic semiconductor layer.
