An electromagnetic shielding sheet (1) comprises a first anti-rust layer (23A), a first blackened layer (25A), a metal layer (21) and a second anti-rust layer (23B) sequentially formed on a transparent base (11) via an adhesive (13). A second blackened layer (25B) is so formed that it covers respective lateral surfaces of the first anti-rust layer (23A), the first blackened layer (25A), the metal layer (21) and the second anti-rust layer (23B) as well as the front surface of the second anti-rust layer (23B). The first anti-rust layer (23A) and/or the second anti-rust layer (23B) are made to contain one or more elements selected from chromium, nickel and silicon at the time of formation.
