A circuit board connection unit and a flat display panel testing apparatus having the same are provided to reduce the number of components. The first block(100) is a plate shape, has two reference holes(134) and made of transparent acryl materials. The front lower portion of the first block is inclined. An end of the first circuit substrate(310) is attached at the bottom surface of the first block by means of adhesive and the like. A sheet is attached at the bottom of the first block. The first block is mounted to the upper surface of the second block(120) by two screws(119). Two penetration holes are formed at the first block.
