摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a vortex generator system with a line (10) comprising cylindrical portions (11) arranged upstream and downstream of a turbulent zone of a body (2) of a motor vehicle (1). The zone is created between body units formed of uprights of a rear bay (6), a boot panel (7) and a transversal connection (3) between a roof (4) and a back window (5). The line is carried by an independent cassette integrated in the body units and comprising a control assembly controlling a displacement of the line in a direction normal to the units between retracted and deployed positions. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle having an aerodynamic device. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for reducing the aerodynamic lift and drag of a motor vehicle (claimed) e.g. minivan, hatchback and notchback. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The cylindrical portions have a determined shape which generates a vortex downstream of the portion to reduce the drag and the aerodynamic lift of the motor vehicle in an effective manner. The device thus reduces the consumption of the vehicle and increases the stability of the vehicle even in case of side winds and in case of a non-null incidence with respect to the air flow on the body units of the vehicle. The device has a reduced encumbrance below the body units, increases the aesthetic appearance of the motor vehicle and permits to control swirls, air separations and the entire structure of air flow on the body units in an effective manner. The control assembly controls the displacement of the line between the retracted and deployed positions, so that the assembly is activated rapidly to improve a rear lift of the vehicle and to help the driver of the vehicle to maintain control of the vehicle.
