An installation structure of an eco-friendly ecological moving passage mounted in a slope of a river is provided to preserve wild animals, and to cultivate plants by installing a drain gabion for draining water in the slope and mounting a planting block. An installation structure of an eco-friendly ecological moving passage has a concrete retaining wall(10) separating and supporting a slope of an embankment and a river, a lower support pipe(20) fixed and supported in the concrete retaining wall, a waste conveyor belt(30) placed on the slope, an upper fixing assembling frame(40) supporting and fixing an upper part of the waste conveyor belt in the embankment, an upper support pipe(50) placed in the upper part of the waste conveyor belt, a fixing anchor inserted and fixed to the slope by penetrating the waste conveyor belt, a planting support frame(70) fixed to an upper part of the fixing anchor, and a drain gabion(80) placed between the waste conveyor belts.
