[PROBLEMS] Time-series correlation between the chief complaint of a patient and the results of medical interview by a doctor can be seen at a glance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A medical information computerized system having a control server is provided. The control server comprises an inputting means for inputting patient chief complaint information out of information written on a medical record into a chief complaint information file, an inputting means for inputting doctor examination information about the patient chief complaint in an examination information file, a storage means for storing the chief complaint information and the examination information, a calculating means for calculating the points, for each examination date, of the latest chief complaint and examination information both inputted by the inputting means and the points of the past chief complaints and examination information both stored in the storage means, a creating means for automatically creating, from these points, a list showing the variation with time of the chief complaint information and examination information. The medical information computerized system provides a list of the time-series correlation.
