An apparatus for preventing screw loose of an implant is provided, which improves an abutment screw structure in implant and provides a multi-functional prosthetic dentistry function by an improved abutment. The apparatus for preventing screw loose of an implant includes: a fixture(2); an abutment(4) fastened on an upper part of the fixture; and an abutment screw(6) having a head part(10), an elastic washer part(12) installed on a lower part of the head part, and a screw part(14) having a cut part(15) and a rotary deterrence piece(16). The elastic washer part is elastically fixed to a projection part(20) in a hole(18) of the abutment, and the abutment screw is forcibly fastened to a screw groove(36) of the fixture by an elastic support power of the cut part and the rotary deterrence piece.
