The guardrail has an unfoldable unit comprising a lower casement (23) articulated on a base and an upper casement (24) articulated on the lower casement. The unfoldable unit is moved between a lowered position, in which the upper casement is folded back against the lower casement, and a raised position, in which the lower casement is raised and the upper casement forms a non null angle with the lower casement. A cable (28) extends parallel to an upper edge (26) of the upper casement (24). An independent claim is also included for a radio communication antenna support comprising a guardrail.
