A sliding unit of a mobile device is provided to stably perform a sliding operation even in a large mobile device by strengthening a structure of elements and a coupling structure of them. A base frame(110) is combined with the first body. A cam member(130) is installed at the base frame(110) so as to be movable in a direction perpendicular to a sliding direction and includes the first and second position fixing recesses(131,132) which are separated from each other. A spring(140) returns the cam member(130) to its origination position. A slide member(170) is combined with the second body, is installed at the base frame(110) so as to be slidably moved in parallel with the cam member(130) and includes protrusions(172) corresponding to the first and second position fixing recesses(131,132).
