A AUTO-DARKENING WELDING CARTRIDGE WITH A SPACIALLY GRADIENT TRANSMITTANCE

An auto-darkening welding cartridge with a gradient layer of different light transmittance is provided to prevent fatigue of a worker's eyes and to improve work efficiency since the worker can observe an object under the most ideal brightness by a gradient layer deposited on a filter. The auto-darkening welding cartridge includes a filter(20) for blocking infrared rays and ultraviolet rays generated in a welding process, at least one LCD(liquid crystal display) panel(30) installed on the rear surface of the filter and selectively blocking a visible ray generated in the welding process, and a gradient layer deposited on the front surface or the rear surface of the filter and gradually changing a transmittance of the visible ray.
