<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wandering alarm for detecting and reporting the standing of a wanderer from a bed and a wheelchair by quickly detecting the standing of the wanderer from the bed and the wheelchair, the alarm being easy to position and stably detecting load, with its durability increased so as to prevent deterioration even in the case of repeated bending due to the back raising action of a nursing bed or the load of a human body. <P>SOLUTION: The wandering alarm is for detecting and reporting standing from a bed and a wheelchair comprising: detection mats positioned on the bed and the seat surface of the wheelchair and each having gas or liquid sealed therein; communication tubes each connected to the detection mat at one end; a pressure measuring instrument connected to the other end of the communication tube for measuring the pressure of the gas or liquid; an alarm signal transmitter for transmitting an alarm signal when the measurement of the pressure measuring instrument reaches a set value; and a sensitivity adjustor for making the set value freely adjustable.
