<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an image pickup condition of a digital camera on the basis of an editing condition of a document to which an image is to be attached. <P>SOLUTION: A condition determination part 105b determines an image pickup condition of the digital camera 101 based on an editing condition of a document judged by a judgment part 105a and an output part 105c outputs the determined image pickup condition to the digital camera 101.
